How this information is used
To prepare and deliver the requested service, retrieve your case, manage the relationship and respond to requests. Follow-up permission is separate from saving a case. Automated follow-ups are not active in this private version.
Files and access
Photos and videos are not published in the website gallery. Access requires the associated session. Only necessary hosting providers and authorised people should access cases.
Your control
To request access, correction or deletion, write to contact@opaleagency.fr. Retention periods and provider-related arrangements will be specified before the service opens publicly.
