Prospecting professionals in France
Ralia Solutions may use contact details published for a professional activity to assess whether an offer is relevant to that activity, contact the appropriate person and manage their replies. The information concerned includes professional contact details, role, organization, activity, public source and verification date, and correspondence history. The source used is stated in the first message. This activity relies on our legitimate interest in presenting a relevant professional offer, after checking the conditions applicable to the recipient.
This prospecting concerns E-commerce Models, +PaidMembers or FAIR only where the offer relates to the recipient’s professional activity.
Commercial follow-up uses a separate back-office database (Cloudflare D1) and Gmail, with access restricted to authorized people. Inactive prospects are reviewed by a person within twelve months; information that is no longer needed is deleted, subject to applicable obligations. Retention and safeguards relating to providers and transfers must be documented; no exclusive storage location is claimed.
You may object free of charge to all Ralia prospecting by replying STOP or writing to contact@opaleagency.fr. Your objection applies to Opale, ATSbreaker and Caviar Rendez-Vous. The minimum information needed to honor it is retained in an exclusion list. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your information at this address.
What is recorded
Information entered and saved in your journey, progress, uploaded files and events needed to follow your case. Data is stored server-side in this Opale website’s own space.
How this information is used
To prepare and deliver the requested service, retrieve your case, manage the relationship and respond to requests. We use your contact details to help you complete and follow the request you started, including through email reminders provided for in the terms of use (up to two reminders at each unfinished step), while respecting recorded objections. These messages concern only your request and contain no promotional offers. You can stop them at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every reminder, by replying STOP or by emailing contact@opaleagency.fr; once you unsubscribe, your address is kept in an exclusion list so that this choice is honoured.
Files and access
Photos and videos are not published in the website gallery. Access requires the associated session. Only necessary hosting providers and authorized people should access cases.
Your control
To request access, correction or deletion of your case, write to contact@opaleagency.fr.
Providers and artificial intelligence
The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers and D1 database). Journey emails are sent through Gmail (Google) and payments, when offered, are processed by Stripe.
For Fair by Opale, the online reputation dashboard is generated with the help of an artificial intelligence service, from the information entered in your journey (excluding your email address) and public information found online, then reviewed by our team before it is made available to you. This service may be located outside the European Union.
Cookies
This version uses a session cookie needed to resume your journey. No advertising tracker has been added.
Audience measurement
We use anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement (Ralia Pulse): it counts page views and where visits come from using a random visit identifier, deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity, without any advertising profile; it does not require your consent. Only with your consent, Google Analytics (Google) also measures traffic: its cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the banner and are kept for 13 months at most; Google may process this data outside the European Union. Your choice is remembered for 6 months and can be changed at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page.
