General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Opale Agency
1. Introduction to Opale Agency
Opale Agency is a brand operated by Ralia Solutions, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom, located at Lampton Residence, Exeter Road, BH2 5AY, Bournemouth, UK.

Hosting Provider: OVH (see Legal Notice for more details)Opale Agency offers a mission prospecting service for talents (models, content creators) with brands and companies, without acting as a traditional agency or taking commissions on signed contracts.
2. Purpose of the Service
Opale Agency connects talents with brands for opportunities such as e-commerce shootings, UGC content creation, or advertising campaigns. The service actively seeks brands that match the talent’s profile, who subscribe to an annual membership to benefit from it.
3. Annual Membership Plans
Opale Agency offers two annual membership plans, valid for one year and renewable at the talent’s discretion:
Opale Standard: €50 (excl. VAT, one-time payment, non-refundable)
Access to Tier 1 (marketplaces: ASOS, Zalando, Boohoo, etc.)
Access to Tier 2 (semi-premium brands: Nike, Adidas, Superdry, etc.)
Opale Premium: €100 (excl. VAT, one-time payment, non-refundable)
Access to Tier 1 and Tier 2
Access to Tier 3 (premium brands: Kenzo, Maje, The Kooples, etc.)
Payment: Processed securely via Stripe. The talent retains 100% of the income from missions.
4. Registration Process
Application: Online submission of personal information (name, surname, email, phone number, date of birth, address, country, measurements, experience, motivations, social media) and photos (face, mid-length, full-body).
Evaluation: Profile analysis by Opale Agency, followed by an autonomous video interview if selected.
Membership: Confirmation by email, acceptance of the T&Cs, selection of a plan, and payment.
Support: Connection with a Talent Manager to start prospecting.
5. Opale Agency’s Commitments
Actively prospect brands that match the talent’s profile.Provide identified opportunities and facilitate brand connections.Adapt prospecting efforts based on the information provided by the talent.Opale Agency does not guarantee the volume or success of missions, as this depends on the brands’ decisions.
6. Talent’s Commitments
Provide accurate and up-to-date information for prospecting.Respond to opportunities within a reasonable timeframe.Authorize the use of their profile and image for prospecting.Pay the annual membership fee according to the chosen plan.
7. Duration and Termination
Duration: Membership is valid for one year from the date of signing.
Renewal: Optional at expiration, without obligation.
Early Termination: Possible with 30 days’ notice via email (contact@opaleagency.fr), non-refundable.In case of serious misconduct (fraud, prospecting interference), immediate suspension without refund.
8. Image Rights and Intellectual Property
The talent authorizes Opale Agency to use their profile (photos, videos, description) for prospecting. Any other use requires written consent. Content produced from missions belongs to both the talent and the brands.
9. Confidentiality and Personal Data
Opale Agency protects the talent’s data and uses it solely for prospecting. The talent agrees not to disclose transmitted opportunities before their conclusion.
10. Responsibilities
Opale Agency is not responsible for brands’ decisions (rejections, conditions, cancellations). The talent independently manages their negotiations and contracts with brands.
11. Acceptance of the T&Cs
By subscribing, the talent acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs and authorizes Opale Agency to prospect on their behalf for one year.
